Mind-blowing new resort with a fresh look. The family room was super spacious and comfortable. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The cleaning standards were top-notch, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The hotel provided free transportation, making it super convenient to explore the area. Just a 3-4 minute walk to the vibrant walking street and a 2-3 minute walk to the stunning sunrise beach. The location on sunrise beach was jaw-dropping, especially if you're an early riser and love catching the sunrise. The accommodation was basic but functional, with a huge bathroom and a powerful shower. The beach was only 20-30 meters away, boasting white sand and crystal-clear waters. As a foodie, I was delighted by the abundance of eateries within a 5-minute walk and the nearby 7/11 for all my coffee cravings and other essentials. The restaurant where breakfast was served had breathtaking views and a cozy seating area with cushions to relax and take in the sea view. The property had everything I needed and had a charming island vibe. Despite being concerned about noise, the location was surprisingly quiet at night. The staff were always helpful, and the breakfast was reasonably priced. my stay was exceptional, and I highly recommend this resort for a memorable getaway. Plus, the free Wi-Fi, restaurant, coffee shop, free shuttle service, beach access. Additionally, the availability of air conditioning and non-smoking rooms added to the comfort. No pets were allowed, which ensured a peaceful stay for everyone.

The family that runs this place is extremely friendly and helpful. They provide a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service which includes sending you off with packed snacks. The location is superb, a mere 5-minute walk from the main strip and the beaches. the accommodation is spacious, comfortable and clean, which makes it great for families or groups.

The breakfast could have been better. The options were limited and a bit bland, and we ended up going out for breakfast later on.

The location was excellent with two beaches within walking distance, as well as Walking Street and numerous restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We also enjoyed the tasty and varied breakfast options.

There was no daily room service, so our towels were not replaced and our room was not tidied up during our stay. We were also disappointed that there was no complimentary daily supply of water, coffee, or tea, causing us to have to purchase our own.

This hotel has an incredibly convenient location close to the Sunrise Beach and just a few meters away from the sea. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are fairly cozy and well-maintained.

The interior design of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The bathroom is not the cleanest, and there have been complaints about the hot water supply not always being reliable.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel had great transportation options and was conveniently located just outside Walking Street. It was also only a short walk away from both Sunrise beach and the main beach. The breakfast options were delicious and there was a good choice of menu. We also found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating.

We recently stayed at a charming bed & breakfast on Koh Lipe called Sea To Moon. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. The breakfast options were delicious and the little houses we stayed in were brand new and comfortable. The location couldn't have been better – just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and only 1 minute to the nearest convenience store. We were impressed that it was a family-run business, which made our stay even more special. We would definitely choose to stay there again.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. the location is perfect as it is situated between Sunrise Beach and Walking Street, so you have easy access to both. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The Noi family at Sea To Moon Lipe Bed & Breakfast provided exceptional service during our stay. They picked us up from the pier and even drove us around for free on their sidecar to the beaches we wanted to visit. When we left, they packed delicious sticky rice and mango portions for our journey, along with some chicken sticks that my son loved. The bungalow was comfortable with enough space to relax, and the breakfast was excellent. We loved spending time in the common area, watching their kids play and enjoying iced drinks on the hammocks. Highly recommended!

The staff were helpful and lovely to chat to. Beautiful location on Sunrise Beach, perfect for swimming with little ones. Easy stroll to Walking Street. Nice Thai style bungalows with great air con. Excellent value for money.

We also enjoyed the daily room cleaning service. The breakfast options were good, although we found the Thai options to be a bit overwhelming. Despite a few minor drawbacks like a smelly toilet and weak WiFi signal, we were overall satisfied with our stay. We would definitely recommend Sea To Moon Lipe for anyone visiting the island.
